Ingredients:

  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded kale
  • 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1/3 cup sweet potato wedges, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crushed almonds or pecans
  • 1/2 apple, cubed
  • Balsamic dressing
Instructions:
  1. Assemble the Sweetgreen bowl by adding the ingredients into a large bowl, and toss them with balsamic dressing.
  2. Enjoy your copycat Harvest Bowl with bread, if desired!
