We have seen the iconic Disney princesses in all kinds of different outfits, with natural hair, and even without makeup, but the latest spin on the illustrated characters may just be our favorite take yet. This time around Ariel, Belle, Mulan and co are not only changing up their wardrobe, they’re swapping scenery and lives with their royal counterparts.
Illustrator Dylan Bonner recently drew what it would look like when 12 Disney princesses traded lives for a piece on E! Online. Ever wanted to see Pocahontas in a gown? What about Elsa under the sea? Or even Rapunzel not trapped in a tower? That’s exactly what this illustration series showcases.
With all the live-action Disney remakes coming our way, do you think the Mouse House would ever give us a major twist by putting Disney princess swaps on the big screen? How amazing would that be?!
