The Studio will continue releasing new episodes every Wednesday until May 21. Your Friends & Neighbors will premiere each Friday until May 30. And new episodes of Government Cheese will come out on Wednesdays until May 28. Carême - April 30
While technically not a May release, Carême is just getting started. The first two episodes of the French language drama premiered on the last day of April. However, May holds the rest of the rollout, with episodes premiering every Wednesday for the entire month.
The show stars Benjamin Voisin as Antonin Carême in Napoleon-era France. As he rises to fame as one of the first celebrity chefs, he is recruited to spy for the French government. If you love espionage and the culinary arts, it's not too late to make this your May watch on Apple TV+.

Long Way Home - May 9
On May 9, join best friend duo Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman for another installment in their Long Way documentary series. After a Long Way Up, a Long Way Down, and a Long Way Round, these men finally take the Long Way Home.
This time, they'll board their vintage motorbikes on a journey from McGregor's hometown in Scotland to Boorman's in England. The 10-episode series will see them through 17 European countries on a 9-week journey. If you just can't wait to watch the shenanigans begin, the first three Long Way series are available now on Apple TV+.

Murderbot - May 16
Alexander Skarsgard is Murderbot in this new Apple TV+ action comedy. The show follows a security robot years in the future that secretly gains free will. To keep his new freedom under wraps, the murderbot signs on to protect scientists on a dangerous planet. He must keep his free will a secret while completing increasingly dangerous tasks. But having just discovered free will, he only wants to catch up on soap operas.
Based on the book series The Murderbot Diaries, the series will premiere its first two episodes on May 16. Then, the 10-episode season will release one episode every Friday.Apple TV+
Deaf President Now! - May 16
If sentient robots aren't your thing, but May 16 is still wide open, perhaps this documentary will do the trick. Deaf President Now! is a nearly two-hour documentary about deaf students at Gallaudet University in 1988 and the school's first deaf president.
At the time, the students chose to protest their school, which was founded for the education of deaf, blind, and hard-of-hearing students, until they elected Dr. I. King Jordan. The moment marked a huge step for deaf representation. Model and deaf activist Nyle DiMarco and screenwriter and director Davis Guggenheim direct the film.

Fountain of Youth - May 23
John Krasinski and Natalie Portman share the screen in this heist and mystery movie. The story follows an estranged sibling duo and their misfit team on their quest to scour the globe for the Fountain of Youth. Through a series of heists and hijinks, they must use their history expertise to gather clues and eventually unlock the key to immortality.

Lulu Is a Rhinoceros - May 30
For family-friendly fun, tune in to Lulu Is a Rhinoceros, a musical special for kids and their parents to enjoy. The special, based on a children's book by the same name, stars Auli'i Cravalho as Lulu.
The story follows a dog named Lulu, who believes herself to be a rhinoceros. As the adorable rhino embarks on her quest to spread love and kindness, she gets by with the help of her friends and the occasional song.

Following music legend Bono's one-man stage show "Stories of Surrender: An Evening of Words, Music and Some Mischief…," the critically acclaimed performance has been adapted into a documentary.
